Kicking off Fashion Week

Last Thursday night I went to two incredible parties with Cynthia Tomasini of The Fashion Spot to kick off Fashion Week. The first destination was The Museum at FIT for the opening of Gothic dark glamour.

All the invitees took their preparation for the party very seriously.

Even some of the photographers dressed the part.

I bumped into the Baroness, and she told me she has a project in the works with Visionaire.

Other Partygoers Looking Darkly Glamourous

Thom Browne in his Signature Svelte Suit

The Always Divinely Dressed, Lynn Yaeger

The Designer Extraordinaire, Yeohlee (in front of her contribution to the exhibition)

The Most SuperFab "It" Person, Andre J (cover model for French Vogue) (His legs seem to go on for miles.)

Other Guests Dressed Glamourously Goth

The Dapper and Omnipresent, Patrick McDonald Chatting up Another Chic Guest

Other notables in attendance include Arnold Scaasi, Dennis Basso, Hamish Bowles, Mickey Boardman, Valerie Steele and of course, Bill Cunningham.

The exhibition is gorgeous, and I highly recommend a visit. The museum is free, and is located on 7th Avenue at 27th Street. It is open Tuesday through Friday from noon to 8 pm, and on Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm.

Our second destination was the rooftop party sponsored by Mini Cooper.

Our SuperGracious Escort to the Roof

The view was unreal! The outdoor bar was beautiful, the hors d'oeuvres delicious and the DJ dynamite. She (the DJ) was an amazing singer! We ran into one of the Olsen Twins whom was camera shy.

However, New York was ready for her close-up.

It was finally time to call it a night.

U r 24K!

xoxo,
Krom
