Bloomingdale's House Is a Very, Very, Very Fine House

Listen while you look at the pics.

In the middle of the 2nd floor of Bloomingdale's sits a very fine house.

Upon closer examination, the house is made by Leifsdottir, a Scandinavian surname meaning the daughter of Leif.

In February of this year, Anthropologie launched this new line of clothing. To be honest, I noticed the house and not the clothing so I'll have to go back for another looksee!

The Interior

The Salon

The Dining Room

The Bedroom

Sitting Area in the Bedroom

Pretty superfab, huh?

All this house needs is two cats in the yard.

U r 24K!

xoxo,
Krom

the designer of that house is one ashley gehman, special projects coordinator at anthropologie.
sad thing is that the Leifsdottir corporate people have already pulled it from display...

Thanks for the info. I think I'm going to have to do a little investigating! Ashley is very talented.

The house is still in the Leifsdottir section on the 2nd floor of Bloomingdales; however, it was placed on a shelf above a rack of clothes, and you can only see the outside of the house. I guess the powers that be were afraid the furniture was going to be stolen. Or maybe something was taken from the house.
