Shawn Warren started designing jewelry six years ago. Her primary objective was to take fine jewelry out of the realm of purchasing impossibility (right on, sista). "There was a designer I loved who sold at Barney's and her earrings were $18,000 a pair, which seemed exorbitant," Shawn says. "I've always thought of jewelry as something you should be able to collect, which that price point certainly wouldn't have allowed."

With this goal in mind, Shawn designed her first collection of vintage-inspired 18k gold earrings with precious and semi-precious stones smartly priced at $2,000 per pair. Since then, she's become the "secret weapon" of red carpet walkers and society women alike, doing business almost entirely through word of mouth.
