Today in Saks Fifth Avenue's shoe department, 10022-SHOE, the Ruby Slipper Collection will be unveiled. The collection celebrates the 70th anniversary of The Wizard of Oz. An event at 10022-SHOE this evening will mark the official start of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.

Top shoe designers were granted creative license to reinterpret the iconic shoe with unlimited access to CRYSTALLIZED-Swarovski Elements. In Saks' windows are some of the shoes from the Oz collection.
